Thank goodness we did because only a few days after we listed our home, the local (and national) housing market to a real dive and it became markedly more difficult to sell your home. Lauryn is incredibly intelligent and creative and she didn't waste any time in trying multiple creative approaches to attract buyers to our home. We were really impressed with her ability to think outside the box in order to get our home sold. We got updates all the time, regarding the local market and its twists and turns and she gave us all the information we needed to be able to stay nimble and adjust to the rapidly changing market. Even though we knew she had many other clients, we always felt like we were her number one priority.
