We highly recommend Lauryn as a realtor! We initially found Lauryn through recommendation of a friend. As a military family, we appreciated her prior military experience and knew she would be able to help us navigate our first-time home buying experience using a VA loan. During our first meeting, she clearly laid out the process for getting started and was extremely helpful in setting expectations and giving guidance on our finances. She is very knowledgeable about the greater Denver area with respect to tax laws, future constructions plans, and local amenities. We immediately started looking at homes - a lot of homes. We knew we wanted a single-family home in the Arvada area; Lauryn did an excellent job finding houses for us to compare and was quite generous with her time. She pushed us to look at houses with different styles, neighborhoods, and price points, which led us to feel extremely confident in the home we ultimately purchased. When we found the home we loved, she helped us navigate the decision to make an offer. We quickly learned there was a competing offer, and her swift actions and tenacious negotiating skills led to a strong offer and it being accepted within hours. Despite the house being on the market a short time and the existence of competing offers, she still was able to help us secure the home under the appraisal value, and we moved into a house with instant equity. She is the sole reason that we now own a home we adore and have continuously growing excitement for. Once our offer was accepted, Lauryn’s organization helped keep us on track through closing. She sent weekly email updates, was always available to answer questions, provide meaningful feedback, and give advice through all steps of the process. Even after closing, she continues to help us with our home related needs, such as providing recommendations for contractors. She even shoveled the driveway for us once because she knew that I would physically be unable to! We believe we have found our family home for the next few decades but will certainly seek Lauryn out when we decide to purchase investment property or vacation homes. She is a spectacular agent, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our first-time home buying experience with her.
