Superior

Welcome to Superior

A peaceful, private community with plenty of new properties.

Named for the quality of coal when the area was known as a coal mining town, Superior offers plenty of high-quality amenities for residents today. Located only eight miles from Boulder and 20 miles from downtown Denver, this private town provides easy access to some of the most popular Front Range destinations in Colorado.

Nestled against the scenic Rocky Mountains, Superior is a peaceful suburban community that is home to excellent dining, shopping, and entertainment opportunities. Nearly a fourth of the town is dedicated to open space, including 27 miles of trails and 594 acres of parks and green space.

As this close-knit community gathers together to rebuild after the devastating Marshall Fire, newly built homes and businesses will mingle with established dwellings to focus on renewal and recovering the value of an unforgettable hometown spirit.
