Despite the house being on the market a short time and the existence of competing offers, she still was able to help us secure the home under the appraisal value, and we moved into a house with instant equity. She is the sole reason that we now own a home we adore and have continuously growing excitement for. Once our offer was accepted, Lauryn’s organization helped keep us on track through closing. She sent weekly email updates, was always available to answer questions, provide meaningful feedback, and give advice through all steps of the process. Even after closing, she continues to help us with our home related needs, such as providing recommendations for contractors. She even shoveled the driveway for us once because she knew that I would physically be unable to! We believe we have found our family home for the next few decades but will certainly seek Lauryn out when we decide to purchase investment property or vacation homes. I’ve always loved Real Estate and I have my dad to thank for my decision to work in the industry. I would often help him with home improvement projects as a kid and he would talk to me about the importance of buying property as soon as I was able. I took these lessons to heart, and one of the first things I did after graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy in 2008 bought my first home, a condo in San Diego. Not only did I love the home buying experience, but I learned early on that homeownership helped me build wealth and instilled in me a sense of pride in what I was capable of doing on my own.
